Delivery & Shipping Policy

All purchases are shipped through third-party courier services to various locations across India. We do not ship to any other country at the moment. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within a reasonable period varying from 1- 15 days from receipt of order and completion of successful payment. Delivery period may be affected by the address for delivery.

Order deliveries will be made by third party courier and logistics companies usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm, Monday – Saturday.

Goods received need to be acknowledged upon delivery at the given address. We take no responsibility for the acknowledgment given by any alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address mentioned while placing the order.

Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

We are not responsible for damage of products once the products have been delivered.

All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within a day of delivery through the "contact us" page.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns Policy

The 1-day return policy of Rofas gives the customer an option to return products purchased on Rofas website for acceptable reason within 1 day of receipt. However, all claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within a day of delivery through the "contact us" page on the website.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at the moment.

Way to return the products:

Unfortunately we don't have any courier partner to get returning products, you may have to send courier to us. The customer should share the scanned copy of the courier receipt via email for validation.

Refund:

After we receive the returned product, we will do a quality check and once product passes the quality check, we will credit the amount in your desired mode of payment within 3-5 working days.

If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Terms and Conditions:

The customer can return items purchased on Rofas website for proper reason within fifteen days of receipt of the item.

Due to intimate nature, panties, swimwear, lingerie accessories, masks, men's inner wears and shorties cannot be returned. Please do contact us if you have size related queries before placing the order.

The returned product must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and product packaging intact.

When free gifts/offers are associated with the purchases and the customer wishes to return the purchase, then the customer has to return the free products along with the purchased product.

Returns will be accepted only for products purchased on this website. Rofas products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us.

Delivery & Shipping Policy:

Cash on Delivery option is not available for orders above Rs.2,500.
